SEH offers an additional service option for our dongleserver Pro: As part of the dongleserver Pro Serviceplus contract *, the manufacturer's guarantee is extended for the dongleserver Pro and guarantee an immediate and uncomplicated replacement in the event of a defect. The order number for this item is: M0165.

With the Serviceplus, the usual three-year guarantee is extended by a further two years. That means a guarantee of 60 months in total!

In the event of a defect recognized by SEH Support, you will immediately be provided with a replacement device by SEH or by the authorized SEH partner. The configuration of this replacement device corresponds exactly to the defective device, so that you can continue working with as little interruption as possible. There is no more convenient and faster service!

You can register your dongle server (s) within a few minutes via our guarantee portal. Note: Registration is required so that you can use the dongleserver Pro Serviceplus contractual services.

Create a customer account.
Log in with your customer account.
Perform the registration by linking your dongleserver Pro to the license key of the contract document via its serial number.
You will receive a confirmation of the successful registration with all important information by email.
